Welcome to Coastal Enterprises of Wilmington
We are a private non-profit community rehabilitation program whose mission is to assist unemployed adults in reaching their vocational goals. We believe that "everyone can work." Our community benefits from the jobs we create, the training we provide and the unemployed citizens we add to the workforce.
The purpose of Coastal Enterprises is to demonstrate the capabilities of the individuals we serve, not their disability. This can be accomplished through rehabilitation and job training in the production of business contracts and performance of service contracts. Citizens entering our programs are trained to become self-sufficient and to possess the skills required to obtain meaningful employment.
